At La Coulée Studio with Eva-Loan and Athanasia, participants' waxes are patchworked and mounted onto the gating system; snail shells (Estelle and Rose's “coquillages d’Hochelaga”) and cardboard boxes (like those of the Des Roseraies students) are prepared for the burnout; the assembled pieces are dipped and re-dipped in slip to create the casting moulds for the bronze.
